BRUSSELS & SNOW PEAS (INDIAN STYLE)

INGREDIENTS
18 Brussel sprouts 21 Snow peas 1 Shrimp stock cube 2 tsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 Onion sliced 3 tbsp Coconut powder 1/3 cup Water 2 pinches Sugar
3 tbsp Cooking oil

METHOD
Slice the Brussel sprouts in half
Put oil in a fry pan and heat
Add onion and fry until it starts to soften
Add mustard seeds and fry until the fragrance starts to emerge
Add stock cube and break it up in the pan
Add turmeric
Add the Brussels and snow peas
Add salt
Add coconut milk
Add sugar
Serve on boiled rice with your choice of Indian meat dish (I suggest mutton curry.)
