YEE MEE

INGREDIENTS
100g Pork sliced thinly |

METHOD
Put Yee mee into two bowls and leave until needed.
After the pork has been sliced add a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp of sugar and a couple of pinches of corn flour. Mix together and leave until needed.
Heat cooking oil in fry pan, add garlic and fry until fragrant.
Add pork and fry until it starts to brown
Add salt, sugar and carrot
Add leek
Add prawn
Add corn flour mixture and stir in well
Add water
Add MSG (optional) Add Chinese wine
Add egg and stir through the sauce slightly
Add sesame oil
Serve the sauce over the Yee Mee noodles and leave for a couple of minutes to soak through.
