SHRIMP WOMBOK

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1/4 Chinese cabbage (wombok) chopped

1 clove Garlic minced

1/2 Shrimp stock cube

1 tsp Sugar

1 tbsp Vegetarian sauce (Woh Hup)

1/4 cup Water

2 tbsp Cooking oil

Salt to taste

METHOD

 

 

Heat the cooking oil in a fry pan

 

 

Add the shrimp stock cube and break it up in the pan

 

 

Add salt

 

 

Add sugar

 

 

Add the wombok

 

 

Add the vegetarian sauce and stir through

 

 

Add the water

 

 

Cover and cook for about 3 minutes

 

 

Serve on boiled rice with a meat dish.
