TANGY RADISH

 

 


 

INGREDIENTS

 

300g Radish sliced

3 cloves Garlic finely chopped

1/3 Pork stock cube

1 tsp Sugar

1/8 tsp Szechuan pepper

1/8 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder

1 tbsp Spare rib marinade

1 tbsp White vinegar

1 tbsp Cooking oil

Salt to tsate

METHOD

 

If you have a garden you can easily grow radishes. They are fast growing and good to eat

 

 

Put cooking oil in a fry pan on medium heat, add garlic and fry until fragrant

 

 

Add the pork stock cube and break it up in the pan

 

 

Add a shake of salt

 

 

Add sugar

 

 

Add the radishes and stir well

 

 

Add szechuan pepper

 

 

Add 5 spice powder

 

 

add spare rib marinade

 

 

Add vinegar

 

 

Serve with rice and your choice of meat dish.
