SUGAR SNAPS & BLACK BEAN

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

150g Sugar snap peas

150g Cauliflower chopped

80g Squid pieces

1 tsp Black bean

2 tbsp Cooking oil

1 tsp Sugar

1/4 cube Shrimp stock cube

1 tsp Garlic minced

1/4 tsp Ginger minced

1/2 tsp Chinese wine

1/2 tsp Corn flour in

1/2 cup water

 

Pineapple cut squid pieces can be bought frozen

METHOD

 

 

Put cooking oil in a fry pan and heat on medium high

 

 

Add garlic

 

 

Add ginger

 

 

Add stock cube and break it up

 

 

Add black bean

 

 

Add cauliflower mix and cook for three minutes

 

 

Add squid

 

 

Add sugar

 

 

Add sugar snap peas

 

 

Cover lower heat to medium and cook for about 4 minutes

 

 

Add the corn flour / water mix

 

 

Cover again and cook until the cauliflower is just cooked

 

 

Add Chinese cooking wine

 

 

Serve on boiled rice with your choice of meat dish
