SIEW PAK CHOY

 

INGREDIENTS

 

3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
200g Pak choy chopped
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Chicken stock powder
2 tbsp Cooking oil
Salt and sugar to taste
Pinch of MSG (optional)

METHOD

 

 

When you chop the Pak Choy separate the stems from the leaves and set aside in different bowls.

 

Heat oil in a fry pan

 

 

Add the garlic and fry until fragrant

 

 

Add the stock powder

 

 

Add the pak choy stems

 

 

Add salt

 

 

Add sugar

 

 

Add the pak choy leaves

 

 

Add the oyster sauce

 

 

Serve on rice with your choice of meat dish
