POR CHOI (SPINACH)

INGREDIENTS
Bowl of Spinach 3 Cloves Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 tsp Chicken stock powder 1 tsp Sugar 3 tbsp Cooking oil Salt to taste if needed (I didn't need it as the chicken stock powder seemed enough)

METHOD
Heat oil in a frypan
Add garlic and fry until fragrant
Add sugar
Add the spinach
Add the oyster sauce. Stir fry until the spinach is just cooked.
Serve on boiled rice with your choice of meat dish
