PAK CHOY WITH CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
100g Chicken boned and diced 3 Pak Choy 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 1/2 tsp Corn flour 1/4 cup Water 1/4 Chicken stock cube 2 tbsp Cooking oil Salt to taste

METHOD
Put 1/2 tsp of corn flour in with the chicken and mix it through. Leave in a bowl until needed.
Cut the pak choy up and separate the stems from the leaves. Put in a bol until needed.
Put the cooking oil into a fry pan and heat
Add the garlic and fry until fragrant
Add the stock cube and break apart in the pan
Add the chicken and stir fry for a couple of minutes
Add the pak choy stems and stir fry for 2 minutes
Add the oyster sauce
Add the pak choy leaves and continue to stir fry
Mix the remaining corn flour with the water and add to the pan
Cover and cook for a minute or so
Add salt
Serve on boiled rice with your choice of meat dish
