MUNG BEAN DESSERT

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1 cup Dried mung beans
8 tbsp Dark brown sugar
(Gula Malacca also called palm sugar is best if you can get it)
5 cups Water
1 can Coconut cream

METHOD

 

 

Boil the mung beans in water until they split and go soft.

 


Add sugar and stir through.

 


Serve in deep bowls and pour some coconut cream in each one.
