MAGGI MEE

 

INGREDIENTS

 

3 packets Instant noodles
3 large Lettuce leaves
3 Eggs
6 cups Water
3 tsp Dried shallots

Of course it is possible to add all sorts of other ingredients to this dish if you want to but this is the vary basic, quick recipe that I use.

METHOD

 

 

Each dish is cooked separately so use 1/3 of the ingredients for each one.

 

Boil water in a saucepan.

 

 

Add the sachet of stock powder that comes with the noodle packet.

 

 

Add the noodles and cook until they start to soften.

 

 

Break an egg and add it to the pot.

 

 

Cook until the egg is just done.

 

 

Sprinkle dried shallots on top once the noodles are in a bowl.
