LEEK WITH PORK

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1 Leek sliced
150g Pork sliced
3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger minced
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 drop Sesame oil
1 tsp Corn flour mixed with 1/4 glass of water
1 cap Shao xing wine
Pinch of MSG (optional)
Salt and sugar to taste

Marinade
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Corn flour

METHOD

 

 

Marinate the pork in the marinade for a few minutes while you prepare the rest of the dish.

 

Slice the leek and put aside in a bowl
 

 

Heat the oil in a fry pan and add the garlic and ginger. Fry until fragrant.

 

 

Add the pork and fry until it starts to brown

 

 

Add the leek and stir for a couple of minutes

 

 

Add oyster sauce

 

 

Add the soya sauce

 

 

Add the sesame oil

 

 

Add the corn flour water mix

 

 

Add the salt and sugar

 

 

Add the shao xing wine

 

 

Add the MSG (optional)

 

 

Stir briefly and serve on rice with a meat dish.
