KANG KONG

 

INGREDIENTS

 

Kang kong is also known as water convulus

1 Kang kong bunch (200g)
1 tsp Fermented bean curd
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 tsp Sugar
2 Red chillies chopped fine
3 cloves Garlic chopped fine
Pinch of MSG (optional)

METHOD

 

 

Heat oil in a wok

 

 

Add garlic and fry until brown and fragrant

 

 

Add chilli

 

 

Add marinated bean curd

 

 

Add sugar

 

 

Add MSG (optional)

 

 

Add kang kong

 

 

Fry until soft

 

 

Serve on boiled rice with your choice of meat dish
