FRIED GREENS WITH PORK & PRAWNS

INGREDIENTS
1 green leafy vegetable (large bunch) |

METHOD
Heat the oil in a wok then add ginger.
Add the garlic and fry until brown and fragrant.
Add the sugar
Add the pork meat and stir fry for a couple of minutes
Add salt
Add MSG (optional)
Add the prawn meat
Add the thick stem parts of the greens
Cook the stems until they tart to soften
Now add the leafy part of the greens
Add oyster sauce
Add the corn flour and water mix
Add the shao xing wine
Serve with boiled rice and your choice of meat dish or you can serve this as a complete dish with just rice for a light lunch.
