FRIED CABBAGE WITH PORK

INGREDIENTS
1/3 Cabbage roughly chopped |

METHOD
Heat the oil in a wok until vapor starts to rise
Add the garlic and fry until brown and fragrant.
Add onion and fry until it starts to soften
Add the pork mince and stir fry for a couple of minutes
Add sugar
Add MSG (optional)
Add the cabbage and stir fry until it starts to soften a bit
Add the oyster sauce and stir in well
Add in the water / corn flour mix
Add the salt
Add the shao xing wine and cook the cabbage so that it is just cooked but has not lost its crispness.
Serve with boiled rice and your choice of meat dish or you can serve this as a complete dish with just rice for a light lunch.
