CHOKO WITH PRAWN

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1 Choko, skinned and chopped

2 cloves Garlic finely sliced

4 Banana prawns cleaned and chopped

1/2 tsp Corn Flour in

1/3 cup Water

1 tbsp Soya sauce

1 tsp Sugar

2 pinches MSG (optional)

2 tbsp Cooking oil

Salt to taste

METHOD

 

Skin and chop your choko into cubes

 

 

Heat cooking oil on medium heat in a frypan

 

 

Add garlic and fry until fragrant

 

 

Add the prawn

 

 

Add a shake of salt

 

 

Add sugar

 

 

Add the choko

 

 

Add soya sauce

 

 

Add the corn flour / water mix and stir well

 

 

Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Cook until the choko just softens (do not overcook)

 

 

Add MSG (optional)

 

 

Serve with rice and your choice of meat dish
