CARROT ZUCCHINI & PRAWN

INGREDIENTS
2 Carrots (medium) |

METHOD
Chop the carrot, onion and zucchini and slice the ginger.
Heat cooking oil in a wok and then add the onion and garlic. Fry until fragrant.
Add salt
Add sugar
Add the carrot and cook for a few minutes
Add the prawns
Add the zucchini
Add the oyster sauce and chicken stock
Add corn flour and water mix
Add water
Cook covered for 5 minutes
Add MSG (optional)
Serve with boiled rice and your choice of meat dish
