BLACK RICE

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1/2 cup Black rice (get this from an Asian shop - and yes it looks black)
1/2 cup Glutinous Rice
3 cups Water
1 can Coconut cream
Sugar To taste
Pandan leaf or 4 drops of essence

METHOD

 

 

Boil rice with water & sugar until thick and sticky.

 


Put into bowls and pour coconut cream on the top.


Store surplus in the fridge (keep coconut cream in the tin). Will keep for several days.


Re-heat rice when serving again
