BEAN SPROUTS & LAP CHEONG

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

200g Bean sprouts (tow gay)

2 cloves garlic finely chopped

1/4 tsp Salted fish (glass jar type)

1 Lap cheong (Chinese) dried sausage sliced

2 tbsp Cooking oil

1 tsp Sugar

2 tsp Chives dried (or fresh chopped into inch lengths if available)

Pinch of White pepper

Pinch of MSG (optional)

Salt to taste

METHOD

 

Put the cooking oil into a wok on medium heat

 

 

Add sausage

 

 

Add garlic

 

 

Add salt

 

 

Add sugar

 

 

Add bean sprouts

 

 

Add chives

 

 

Add white pepper

 

 

Add MSG (optional)

 

 

Serve with boiled rice and your choice of meat dish.
