ROSE BANDUNG AGAR AGAR

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1.5 litres Water

40g Agar Agar

200g Condensed milk (Nestle if possible)

3 caps Rose syrup

1 cap Vanilla essence

 

Rose syrup

METHOD

 

Heat the water in a saucepan and add the agar agar by slowly lowering in as it softens

 

 

Cover and heat until the agar agar has dissolved into the water

 

 

Add the condensed milk and stir through

 

 

Add the rose syrup

 

 

Add the vanilla essence

 

 

Pour into cake tins and allow to cool the put in the fridge

 

 

Cut into bite sized squares and enjoy
