Wamenusking is located along the Quairading to Corrigin road.
Unfortunately we are unable to locate any historic information about the place, the origin of its name or how it came
to be there but today there is a sports oval and motorhomes and caravans are allowd to stay overnight on the large grassed area
in front of the sports club.
Although there are toilets on the site, they are not available to travellers so you have to be self-sufficient.
There is a bush fire brigade facility on the site so if you are staying overnight, please park well away from that building.
It is possible to use the outdoor area of the sports club which has a fire pit and some seating.
A local archery club uses the site and as long as there are no events in progress, you can access a circular walking trail
that leads away behind the buildings.
