NALLAN RAILWAY SIDING

On the old railway between Cue and Meekatharra (276 mile 75 chain mark.)
Officially operated from 1922 to 1966 but the area was in use well before that.

NANGA BROOK TIMBER MILL
Located by Nanga Brook close to the junction with the Murray River south of Dwellingup.
Timber mill.
Closed by 1933 but small scale work went on until 1940 when it was destroyed by fire.
Today the area is used as a National Park campsite and is part of Lane Poole Reserve.
