PLEASE NOTE: SEVEN MILE BEACH IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR OVERNIGHT STAYS. It was once possible to stop overnight in a self contained vehicle but the site was closed to overnight stays due to lack of infrastructure. There is a possibility it may re-open at some time in the future if facilities are upgraded. For now it remains a day use only site. Seven Mile Beach is located about 10 kilometres north of the coastal town of Dongara and is accessed via Brand Highway and Seven Mile Road.

The beach is about 3 kilomtres from the main road and access is sealed all the way.

There is a large parking area by the beach.

There is a rubbish skip bin at the site but other than that, there are no facilities..

Boat launching is possible but the area can be very windy and conditions can change suddenly.

There are 72 hour rest area faicilities available at Cliff Head and Knobby Head, south of Dongara.
