After years of having different rules for different regions of W.A. some common sense has finally prevailed and a uniform set of bag limits etc. has been formulated.
It was almost impossible to keep up with the changes from region to region and as a result a lot of people simply ignored the differences from one region to another.
Now the rules have been formulated into one guide and are a lot easier to understand than the old system.
Size limits and bag limits still change from time to time so we have decided to just provide a link direct to the guide at the Fisheries website.
