FREMANTLE DOCTOR -

This is not quite what you might expect based purely on the name. The 'Freo' Doctor is a cool afternoon wind that blows in from the sea on hot summer afternoons. The term 'Doctor' seems to have originated in South Africa when referring to a wind.

Records show that the Freo Doctor blows on about 70% of summer days.
